How much does it cost?

  This is done at an annual fee:

           United States: $ 19.95 USD
           Canada:         $ 22.95 CAD

Can anyone sign up for this?

No.  Only teachers may sign up for this.  If you are not a teacher, or if you use this for any purpose other than sharing class information with your students, or have objectional material on your site, your account will be revoked, without a refund.

You may sign up your teacher for this.  But only the teacher may be the one editing this - even if you buy this as a gift for the teacher.  The main focus here is to help students and parents have up-to-date class information.  We don't want this site abused for any other purposes.

Objectionable material is prohibited.

What is objectional material?

If we deem the text, images, or downloadable files to be inappropriate for viewing by a young grammar school child, then we consider it objectionable material.  If your class requires this type of information or any objectionable material to be posted on the website, then please don't use our service.

Also, using this service to defame another teacher or person is considered objectionable material.

Any content that is deemed by us as obscene, libelous, slanderous, or which creates a clear an present danger of inciting students, parents/guardians or others to commit unlawful acts or to violate school rules, or to disrupt the schools orderly operation is considered objectionable material. 

If someone impersonates another teacher or uses this for any other purpose (like selling their products online) then this is considered objectionable material.

Text and images that violate a student's or fellow staff member's or other individuals' right to privacy are objectionable material.

Ethical and responsible use of this website is a requirement.  This is to be used to help parents, students and teachers share information.

How do I object to someone elses site?

If you see a section in this site that you find offensive, email us at badpage@SchoolAndTeacher.com

We will review it.  Depending on what we find, we may request removal of the offensive material or may revoke the account - at our descression.

Can we sign up multiple teachers using one account?

No combining multiple teachers on one account.  This service was designed for one account to service one teacher.

REASONS:

1. This way the searches for that teacher works - finding that teacher's name.
2. The picture shown at the top left is for that particular teacher.
3. Emails in the "Contact Me" link go directly to that particular teacher.
4. It impacts our financial plan.  We get paid a small sum per teacher each year.  With enough teachers paying the small amount of annual dues, we might eventually recover the thousands of dollars we spent on building, hosting, and maintaining this service. 
   

How does the payment work?

After being signed up for about 10 - 11 months we will send you an email with payment options.  Shortly after 12 months we will lock the account if you choose not to pay. 

Payment may be made by check or paid using PayPal.  Mailing address will be supplied when it is needed.
